On November 3, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan will hold a "Run for Victory" charity event dedicated to the historic victory of the brave Azerbaijani Army in the Patriotic War.
As reported by Idman.biz, the "Run for Victory" has been held annually since 2021. This year, the run will take place under the slogan "Run Forward Proudly" Participants are required to donate a minimum of 20 AZN to the YASHAT Foundation, which supports veterans and families of martyrs.
The race will begin at Seaside National Park, near the "Yeddi Gozel" (Seven Beauties) fountain, covering a 10 km distance. The first runners to cross the finish line will be declared winners and awarded prizes.
Interesting and fun events will be organized as part of the run. A medal will be presented to all participants who have reached the finish line. Those persons will be able to download their participation certificate by visiting the official website of the competition.
To participate in the run, people over 18 years old can register through the link https://events.smartscoring.com/marathon until 12:00 on November 1. As places are limited, registration will automatically end when the number of participants reaches the set limit.
A confirmation letter and participant guide will be emailed to everyone whose application is accepted. Registered participants will be able to receive a participant number from October 22 to November 1, every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Ganjlik Mall by presenting an ID card and an e-mail confirming the payment.
