It was reported that PFL President Elkhan Samadov and Vice-President Aslan Shahgaldiyev, who are being treated in a medical institution, are in good condition: "Elkhan Samadov will continue his treatment in Turkey of his own accord."
It should be noted that the incident took place on December 16 in the part of Yevlax-Aghdam-Lachin road passing through the territory of Aghdam district. The "Mercedes Vito" car driven by Baku resident Rasim Gafarli lost control and crashed into a road sign while moving in the direction of Khankendi city.
