What disappoints us is that the team was able to play the way we wanted in the friendly match. But in general, the trainings went as planned."
Abbasov's team lost all test matches by two goals. The expert said that Turan Tovuz conceding 8 goals in 3 games is not a good result: "But we played with a different team in the test matches. We did not fight with the full squad. In our first game, we made many changes in the first half, we gave young players a chance. If we concede goals, we have to overcome it as a team. We are the second team with the most goals in the Premier League. But besides that, we are the ones who concede the most goals. We work on this in every training session. We want the players to be attentive and more motivated. There are many mistakes. We see the goals in our goal every time as a result of different mistakes."
He said that negotiations were held with some players to strengthen the team, but they were not successful: "Nevertheless, we can reach an agreement by sending an offer to any player. We need to score more points. We want to strengthen our position and climb higher. It won't be easy. Because other clubs are also ambitious. As always, if we were going to win all the games, we will still fight at the same pace."
It should be noted that Turan Tovuz Antalya lost to Voluntari (Romania) and Siofok (Hungary) 0:2, to Nasaf (Uzbekistan) with a score of 2:4.
