Elkhan Abdullayev, head coach of Azerbaijan's U-18 national team, told Idman.biz.
An experienced expert has evaluated the group of the main team in the draw of the UEFA Nations League in Paris, the capital of France.
Abdullayev said that the 1st group, in which our team is in the C division, is the most difficult: "It is clear from the names of the opponents that they are the favorite teams. Only Estonia is on the same level as us. We have very little chance to get out of this group. Unfortunately, we could have been in a better group and faced easy opponents. But this is football, we don't make the choice. We have to play with whichever team we are lucky."
Wishing success to the team, Abdullayev also asked the players to play responsibly for the uniform they are wearing: "It will be very difficult for them. As long as there is time, it is necessary to work well. They should do everything they can to win."
It should be noted that Azerbaijan, which will compete in the C division, will play against Sweden, Slovakia and Estonia.
