Bagirov said that he prefers the option of working abroad even if such an offer comes from the well-established club Neftchi or the ambitious Sabah of Azerbaijan: "My father is from Gedebey. Whatever we say, we stand behind it to the end. If there is an offer from the 1st Division outside the country, I will go. I will represent Azerbaijan properly, and I will open the way so that I can take someone with me on the road to success. A player working abroad means that at least 2 players are out of the country. It is the duty of each of us to represent Azerbaijan well."
