According to the information obtained by Idman.biz, the new transfer Amil Hamzayev will perform this position in the Baku representative.
He has the same function in the national team. Hamzayev switched from Khazri to Whites and Blacks.
The captain of Neftchi last season was Alexei Kitaev. He will not play for this club in the new season.
