The 2024/25 season of the Azerbaijan Basketball League will officially begin today.
According to Idman.biz, the championship will feature 12 teams, and the first round will commence in the capital city.
The only match of the opening day will see Neftchi face Naxçıvan. This Group A clash will be held at the Baku Sports Palace, starting at 8:00 PM.
Before the game, an official season opening ceremony will take place.
The first round will conclude on October 20.
