Having recently recovered from an injury, Jabrayil missed training sessions for several weeks. He managed to play a little in the last championship match against Guba and is gradually working his way back to form. “Before this game, I hadn’t trained for almost three weeks. It’s natural to play less after a recovery period, but I tried to support my team as much as possible. Now, I’m back to full training and aiming to contribute more to the team with my performance. I feel great.”
Jabrayil also shared his thoughts on the upcoming away game against Ordu, which he expects to be challenging for both sides: “Both we and they are contenders. We are among the favorites of Group B, and our strengths are quite similar. Victory will go to the team that wants it most and puts in the most effort on the court. We’re approaching this game with full seriousness. I believe we can win, and I’m confident we will.”
