On October 12, the European U22 Boxing Championships will start in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijani national team will also compete in the 9-day competition.
The coaching staff will give chance to Tural Sariyev (48 kg), Nijat Huseynov (51 kg), Amin Mammadzade (54 kg), Kamil Babayev (57 kg), Ruslan Gadirov (63.5 kg), Ilgar Salahov (67 kg), Shamsi Shahbazov (71 kg), Farhad Sheydayev (75 kg), Murad Allahverdiyev (80 kg), Seyid Seyidov (86 kg), Mehpara Mammadov (48 kg), Marjona Savriyeva (50 kg) and Zeynab Rahimova (54 kg).
Azerbaijan’s international judge Anar Nagdiyev will be among the judges in the championship.
