Taking part in the closing ceremony of the tournament, the minister said that chess will become a fundamental tradition in Shusha: "Shusha Chess was organized here two years ago with the participation of well-known grandmasters. Now we have organized the Vugar Gashimov Memorial here. I thank Vugar's family and the chess federation for organizing the jubilee competition. The tournament took place in an interesting competitive environment."
