The Pavlodar Open Chess Festival in Kazakhstan has concluded, with notable participation from Azerbaijani chess players.
According to Idman.biz, Misratdin Iskandarov achieved the best result, securing 16th place with 6.5 points in 10 rounds. He narrowly missed the top 10 due to tiebreak criteria.
Another Azerbaijani player, Vugar Rasulov, finished in 40th place, trailing 1.5 points behind Iskandarov.
The tournament saw participation from 95 players across 19 countries.
