FIDE Rankings: Mamedyarov climbs up, Radjabov drops

FIDE has published the world chess rankings for November.

According to Idman.biz, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov remains Azerbaijan’s top-ranked player, moving up three spots to 15th with a rating of 2738. Meanwhile, Teimour Radjabov has dropped two places to 33rd with 2698 points. Rauf Mammadov made significant progress, climbing eight positions to 82nd with a rating of 2651.
The top of the list is led by Norwegian Magnus Carlsen with a rating of 2831.

In the women’s rankings, Gunay Mammadzada holds the highest position among Azerbaijani players, ranked 39th with a rating of 2417, despite a five-spot drop. Govhar Beydullayeva improved by one spot to 44th with 2403 points, while Ulviyya Fataliyeva climbed two spots to 67th with 2381 points. Khanim Balajayeva advanced four places to 79th with a score of 2362.

China’s Yifan Hou leads the women's rankings with a rating of 2633.
