The selection of coaches for Azerbaijani clubs and the national team is not done correctly.
PFL president Ramin Musayev, who was a guest of the Idman Bizde program, expressed his opinions.
In his opinion, professional qualities should be important, not human, in the selection of a coach: "We appreciate a person for his manners. But if he is your employee, give him credit for the work. I have a person who I don't want to name, he is great as a worker, nothing as a person. I told him this too. He asked me what kind of person I am. I told him that you haven’t grown into manhood, but you are a star in the field you work for. He laughed and said that you are right. He is an excellent worker, a person who can do his job."
Musayev noted that human qualities are more important in the family than at work: "His humanity is needed by his family. If I need a worker, I will employ and use them, and I will stay outside. We expect that a coach will change, Tarlan will probably leave. The press will write that Tarlan is going to that team. He isn’t included. Why? If a person is not given a job, there must be a reason."
