This was said by Ramin Musayev, the former president of the PFL, who was a guest of the Idman Bizde program.
He commented on the possibility of the Qarabag head coach Gurban Gurbanov taking a certain position in AFFA: "It is too early for him to become the president of AFFA. If I were Gurban, I would not return to the national team because he was disrespected. If he works in AFFA, he will not accomplish his duties in the club. On the contrary, Gurban Gurbanov should be given another club to coach. He should be in control of that club and train another coach. By doing so, he can contribute to Azerbaijani football. Separating Gurban from Qarabag means destroying the club. It is great for him to go abroad, but we will lose".
It should be noted that the new presidential election of AFFA will be held on April 2.
