Cenk Sumer, Deputy General Manager Responsible for Marketing and Business Development at Besiktas, will continue his work for Azerbaijan's strong team.

Having rich experience in both sports and management fields, Sumer will mainly deal with strategic management in Neftchi.
Improvement of the management system, acceleration of the initiated reforms, optimization of the club's structure is among the tasks set before the specialist. The Turkish specialist is an associate professor at the Faculty of Business Management at Eastern Akdeniz University, and has received a master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development at Marmara University.
The Azerbaijani representative recently appointed Jans Andersson to the position of sports director.
