Gabala football player Asif Mammadov has extended the contract.

The new agreement with the 38-year-old midfielder is for another year. The captain of Reds Blacks will also wear the uniform of Gabala in the 2024-2025 season. His agreement will expire in the summer of 2025.
The midfielder, who has been playing at Gabala since the summer of 2015, wore the uniform of the Red Blacks in the second half of the 2006/07 season. He scored 17 goals in 252 games during this period. He stood out 13 times in 197 matches in the Premier League, 3 times in 31 matches in the Azerbaijan Cup, and 1 time in 24 matches of the European Cups.
