He signed a 2+1 year contract with the 28-year-old midfielder. Fernando spent the last season in Egnatia (Albania). He will play in Sumgayit in uniform number 11.
During his career, Fernando Medeiros, a student of the Brazilian Santos club, played in such teams as Botafogo, Vila Nova, Bahia, Portimonense, and Egnatia.
