Speaking to the club's press service, Ukrainian specialist Ramil Sheydayev commented on the transfer: "I am very glad that Ramil is with us. I love this player very much. I respect and value him. I am sure that Ramil will contribute a lot to Neftchi. He is a good football player. I think this is a great transfer for our team."
Neftchi signed a 3-year contract with Ramil today.
