Emin Jafarov, head of AFFA's Game Operations Department, was appointed by UEFA.

He will be the UEFA representative of the second qualifying round of the Conference League between Maribor (Slovenia) and Universitatea Craiova (Romania). The match will be held on July 25 at the Ljudski vrt located in Maribor.
The match between Maribor and Universitatea Craiova will be managed by the Danish chief referee Mads-Kristoffer Kristoffersen.
