Pepe is 3rd with 23 games played in the Portuguese national team. Joachim Löw participated in 21 matches as the head coach of the German national team.
Manuel Neuer and Gareth Southgate have 20 games each. The German goalkeeper reached this number only as a football player. The Briton, who led the English national team to 14 matches as a head coach, won a chance as a player in 6 matches.
