Retired national football player Serhat Akin was recently subjected to an armed attack.
The incident occurred in the Kavacik neighborhood on Şehit Tegmen Ali Yılmaz Street, as reported by Idman.biz.
Akin was transported to a private hospital in Atasehir and his condition was reportedly stable.
“After the program, they shot at my feet, our last words were Fenerbahce,” he shared on X with a photo of himself.
He has played at Fenerbahce, Anderlecht and Turkish national team and currently continuing his career as a football commentator.
