Azerbaijan national roster announced

The Azerbaijan national team squad for the matches against Estonia and Slovakia within the UEFA Nations League group stage has been determined.

Idman.biz reports that the head coach of our national team, Fernando Santos, announced the names of the players he invited to the team at the press conference organized in the AFFA administrative building.

The Portuguese specialist has invited the following players to the team that will start the training camp on October 7:

Azerbaijan will gather on October 7 and train at the Neftchi Football Center on October 8-9. The team will leave for Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, on October 9, at 15:00. Head coach Fernando Santos will lead the team to the last pre-match training session with Estonia at Lilleküla Stadium on October 10, at 18:00 Baku time. Our national team will train in the morning one day after the meeting with the Estonian national team - on October 12, and return to Baku at 14:00 Baku time. On October 13, at 5:00 p.m., there will be a final pre-match training session with the Slovakian national team at the Tofig Bahramov Stadium.

the Azerbaijan national team will face the Estonian national team on October 11 at the Lillekula stadium, and the Slovak national team at the Tofig Bahramov Stadium on October 14 within the framework of the League C group I. Both games will start at the same time - at 20:00.
