"We have completed our training today. We only have one practice left. It will also be before the game."
Idman.biz reports that this was said by Rajab Farazade of the U-23 national team of Azerbaijan in mini-football.
He assessed the preparations for the World Championship in Croatia and announced the goals: "Our team is fully prepared for the World Cup, and we’re just waiting for game time. We’ll do our best to return to Baku with a good result. Our goal is clear: we’re aiming for the championship. We’re all going for the result,” said Rajab Farajzade.
He also touched on some of the challenges the team has faced, including visa issues. The team is set to compete against the Czech Republic, Serbia, and India in the World Championship, and Farajzade acknowledged the difficulty of the group: “We didn’t have any prior information about their preparations, but we know that Serbia and the Czech Republic have very strong teams in the MFL. They consistently perform well in European and world championships, which will make our group tough. The first game might catch us off guard since we don’t have much insight, but the second and third matches should be more manageable, as we’ll have time to analyze them."
The World Championship is being held from October 7 to 10.
