The referees for Sabah’s UEFA Youth League matches have been announced as the team prepares to compete in the second round of the Champions Path.
According to Idman.biz, for the first leg against Basel in Switzerland, a Croatian referee has been appointed, while a Kazakh referee will officiate the return match in Baku.
The match on October 23 will be officiated by Patrik Kolarić, with Luka Pajić and Ivan Starcevic serving as assistants. The fourth official will be Swiss referee Hajrim Qovanaj.
In the return leg, Rustam Omarov will be the main referee, assisted by Aleksey Dolgikh and Dmitriy Belogradov. The name of the Azerbaijani referee for the fourth official role has yet to be confirmed.
The match at Basel's St. Jakob Park Stadium will kick off at 21:00 Baku time. The return leg at Bayil Stadium is scheduled to start at 18:00 on November 6.
