"Mahir didn't play very well, in my opinion."
This comment from Nürnberg head coach Miroslav Klose follows Mahir Emreli's recent game in the 2nd Bundesliga.
Despite Emreli scoring in his last three league games, Klose was not fully satisfied with the Azerbaijani forward's performance in the 1-1 draw against Hamburg, Idman.biz reports.
“Mahir’s ball control wasn't quite up to par, and he lacked agility,” Klose shared. “He was slow to position himself before the goal when it mattered."
Emreli has scored in four consecutive matches across both the league and cup competitions, proving his scoring abilities remain consistent.
