Actor and screenwriter Taleh Yuzbayov shared his expectations for Qarabag’s upcoming UEFA Europa League match against Norway’s Bodo/Glimt in an interview with Idman.biz.
Despite acknowledging Bodo/Glimt as a strong opponent, Yuzbayov believes that Qarabag is due for a turnaround: “Bodo/Glimt is indeed a powerful team, but Qarabag needs to break its series of unfortunate results. I think this game will be the turning point.”
Yuzbayov attributes Qarabag’s recent losses to their adjustment to a new system: “Right now, Qarabag is the main club representing our country in Europe. Even top teams like Real Madrid and Manchester City struggle to adapt to a new system. I believe Qarabag’s recent losses are directly related to this. I hope they’ll break this curse, and we’ll witness an exciting game with a positive outcome. My prediction? Qarabag will win 2-1.”
