Telman Alizada, a young talent who ranked first in the selection process for Real Madrid’s youth academy, is now one step closer to joining the prestigious club.
"If Telman makes it into the top five in the second round, he will officially become a player of Real Madrid's youth academy," said Javad Alizada, Telman's father, in an interview with Oxu.az, Idman.biz reports.
- On Telman’s achievement:
"As a parent, it’s a dream come true to see your child chosen for a club like Real Madrid. Being selected out of 36 players is already a huge success. As his father, I am incredibly proud."
- Plans to relocate to Spain:
"If Telman is accepted into the academy, we plan to move to Spain. Supporting my son has always been my priority. Since I am also a Real Madrid fan, moving to Spain has been a long-standing dream for our family."
- Was football Telman’s choice?
"His passion for football was mutual. From the age of 3-4, Telman would play with a ball at home and ask for one as a gift. I trained him myself at first. In France, academies start accepting kids from the age of five, and Telman has been playing football for three years now."
- How the Real Madrid trial happened:
"A friend informed me about the selection trials in Nantes, and I registered Telman. Although he was the youngest participant, he earned the first-place certificate. However, the journey is not over yet. He still needs to rank among the top five players in the second stage to officially join Real Madrid’s academy."
