Today, the National Gymnastics Arena hosts podium training for teams participating in the TeamGym European Championship.
According to Idman.biz, podium training is allocated for the day before the competition starts.
During this session, athletes refine their routines in conditions as close to the competition as possible.
The European Championship will take place in Baku from October 16-19, featuring teams from fourteen countries: Czech Republic, Denmark, Austria, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, and the host country. A total of 541 participants will be divided into 46 teams.
TeamGyM is a team competition that promotes European gymnastics. The events include performances on three apparatuses: the TeamGym mat, acrobatic track, and trampoline (small trampoline).
