The first finalists of the European TeamGym Championship, which kicked off today in Baku, have been determined.
Idman.biz reports that the qualification round for juniors took place on the first day of the competition.
According to the regulations, representatives from five countries have secured their spots in the finals. In the men's competition, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Great Britain, and Iceland advanced to the final stage. In the women's category, Denmark, Norway, Great Britain, Iceland, Finland, and Italy will compete for the medals.
In the mixed team competition, Iceland, Great Britain, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden have also reached the finals.
The junior champions will be announced on October 18.
