Azerbaijan’s men’s team has completed their performance at the European TeamGym Championship in Baku.
Idman.biz reports that the team finished 7th in the qualification round.
The lineup consisting of Adil Hajizade, Nihat Muradli, Elnur Mammadov, Aydın Alizada, Ramin Demirov, Rəsul Ahmadzada, Mansum Safarov, and Tofig Aliyev scored a total of 45.950 points. Despite a strong effort, the team fell just short of reaching the final round.
Six teams will continue to compete for the medals, including Denmark, Great Britain, Italy, Portugal, Norway, and Sweden.
