The winners of the Grand Slam tournament held in Abu Dhabi have improved their positions in the world rankings.
According to Idman.biz, Azerbaijani judokas have also moved up the rankings. The champion of the competition, Zelim Tckaev (81 kg), climbed three spots to reach 7th place, while silver medalist Ushanqi Kokauri (+100 kg) advanced four places to sit in 11th.
Regarding the bronze medalists, Murad Fatiyev (90 kg) moved up four places to 9th, and Acelya Toprak (57 kg) made a significant leap, climbing eight spots to 27th.
The positions of the leaders remain unchanged: Olympic champions Hidayat Heydarov (73 kg) and Zelym Kotsoiev (100 kg) continue to hold the top spots in the rankings.
