The Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) has commented on the 24-month suspension of Sadig Hajiyev, imposed by the Azerbaijani National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA).
Idman.biz reports according to Report that ACF stated:
"There is no such athlete in any age category of the national team of Azerbaijan. Therefore, we are unaware of the reasons behind his 24-month suspension. We recommend that the individual contact AMADA for further clarification. As the ACF, we only monitor compliance with anti-doping rules by current members of the national teams."
AMADA has banned Azerbaijani judoka Sadig Hajiyev for 24 months due to a violation regarding the provision of location information.
