The European Cadet Judo Championships kicked off today in Dyor, Hungary, organized by the European Judo Union.
On the first day of the competition, the winners were determined in four weight categories.
A member of the Azerbaijani national team, Bayram Orujlu, won a gold medal in the 55 kg category. He triumphed in the final, defeating Serbia’s Aleksa Milosevic.
A total of 614 athletes from 29 countries are competing in this prestigious tournament.
