The next Grand Slam tournament will be held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on October 24-26.
Idman.biz reports that 472 judokas from 82 countries will compete for medals in the tournament.
The national judo team of Azerbaijan will be represented in the competition by 10 male and 4 female athletes in 9 weight divisions. The judokas will perform under the leadership of senior coaches Mehman Azizov and Slavko Tekich, head coach of the women's team Rashad Mammadov and senior performance analyst Zaur Babayev.
