President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, Rashad Nabiyev, evaluated the performance of the national team in the European Championship held in Montpellier.

Nabiyev congratulated the judokas who won 2 medals on their successful performance: "Hidayat Heydarov and Zelim Kotsoyev became continental champions at the European Championship held in Montpellier, France with the participation of 46 countries. Our national team finished the championship in the 2nd place in the overall ranking, and in the 1st place among men, ahead of all countries. I congratulate the athletes and wish our team continuous success".
