The Azerbaijan national karate team competed in the "Moskva Vselennaya" International Tournament in Russia.
Idman.biz reports that the national team won 7 medals in the competition.
Asiman Gurbanli (+84 kg) and Madina Sadygova (55 kg) who defeated all their opponents and won gold medals. Rafiz Hasanov (75 kg) finished the race in second place. Huseyn Mammadli, Nuran Rzazada (both 67 kg) and Abbas Dadashov won bronze medals. Also, Roman Heydarli was third in the kata.
It should be noted that 331 karate players from 27 countries competed in the "Moskva Vselennaya" Tournament.
