The "Change the Game" Ministerial Forum was held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.

Azerbaijan's Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov spoke at the forum and participated in panel discussions. Minister Farid Gayibov informed about the issues of cooperation with UNESCO and relevant institutions of different countries, and implemented projects of Azerbaijan.
Within the framework of the Forum, Farid Gayibov held bilateral meetings with the Assistant Director-General for the Social and Human Sciences of UNESCO, Ministry of Sports (Chile), Minister of Youth and Sports of Angola, Minister of Transport and Meteorology of Madagascar, cabinet Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the United Republic of Tanzania, Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture of the Republic of South Africa, Minister of Sports and Recreation of Samoa and Minister of Sports of the Republic of Costa Rica.
