Azerbaijan’s Minister of Youth and Sports, Farid Gayibov, welcomed the Minister of Sports and Recreation of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Didier Budimbu Ntubuanga, and his delegation during an official visit.

During his visit, Minister Ntubuanga toured several sports facilities in Baku and expressed his admiration for the city’s modern sports infrastructure, noting the positive impression it left on him.
In the end, Farid Gayibov and Didier Budimbu Ntubuanga signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of sports between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
