The Ministry of Youth and Sports has announced the rankings for Azerbaijani athletes in Olympic sports.
Idman.biz reports that there has been no change in the top three spots of the November rankings.
Judo Olympic champion Hidayat Heydarov remains in the lead with 530 points. The rhythmic gymnastics group team holds second place with 500 points, followed by another Olympic champion, judoka Zelym Kotsoiev, in third place with 430 points.
The calculation of ranking points follows the rules set by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. International competitions are divided into five categories based on their ranking points, with points awarded according to placements in those events.
