As Idman.biz reports, Rufat Rafiyev, a para-athlete of the Azerbaijan national team, gave a statement.
Our representative, who won a license for the Paris-2024 Paralympic Games, announced his goal in France: "I made my debut in Rio 2016. Now I am a more experienced athlete. My goal is to get a good result. I continue my training at full speed. I will try to represent my country properly".
The para-athlete was granted a license by the World Athletics Federation based on his results.
