The draw for the academic rowing competitions of the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games has been made.
As Idman.biz reports, the opponents of the representative of Azerbaijan, Diana Dymchenko, who will compete in the women's 2000 m individual race, have also been announced.
The fight in this program will start tomorrow. Rowers will leave the starting line at 12:12 Baku time.
Diana is among the five athletes who will compete in Group 5. Her opponents will be Desislava Angelova (Bulgaria), Pham Thi Hue (Vietnam), Alexandra Föster (Germany) and Saiyidah Aisyah (Singapore). Diana will fight in lane 5.
The top 3 in each group will advance to the quarterfinals. The other rowers will participate in the consolation race.
The consolation round will be held on July 28, and the quarter and semi-finals will be held from 29 to August 1.
