Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games continue.
As Idman.biz reports, the owners of the next medals in athletics competitions have been announced today.
Hanna Skydan, the only representative of Azerbaijan in the Queen of Sports, also competed.
Hanna was 6th in the qualifying round with a result of 72.55 m. In the final stage, where 12 athletes participated, Skydan, whose best performance was 73.27 m, advanced to the top 8. The national athlete determined her best result in the season and finished this stage in 6th place.
Hanna improved her performance in the fight for a medal - 73.66. However, this result ended with her finishing the Olympics in 7th place.
The winner of the competition was Camryn Rogers from Canada. She surpassed everyone with a 76.97 m indicator.
Skydan participated in her third Olympics. She failed to qualify for the finals in Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020.
