Speaking about the Mingachevir Regatta 2024, Xoagub shared his excitement about the international event: "It is a great honor for me to be here at this tournament. I never thought I would ever have the chance to watch such a race live. I am very pleased to be here. The message I want to send from Azerbaijan to African countries is one of peace and tranquility. Sport is a field that invites people to cooperate. There is so much we can learn from Azerbaijan."
The Mingachevir Regatta 2024 will conclude on October 18.
