An extraordinary general meeting of the Azerbaijan Rugby Federation was held today.
Idman.biz reports that the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, who spoke at the event, greeted the meeting participants and wished them success.
At the meeting, elections were held for the governing bodies of the Azerbaijan Rugby Federation. Royal Suleymanov was elected president of the Azerbaijan Rugby Federation.
At the meeting, Ernesto Ferleng was elected the first vice-president, Sabuhi Garayev the vice-president, and Ragif Huseynli and Vagif Saadatkhan were elected members of the Board of Directors.
Royal Suleymanov, Ernesto Ferleng and Vagif Saadatkhan thanked the members of the federation for the trust shown in their speeches and talked about the organization's future activities and future plans.
