World Taekwondo has updated its global rankings, and Azerbaijani taekwondo athlete Gashim Magomedov continues to hold second place in the 58 kg weight category.
According to Idman.biz, Magomedov, a silver medalist at the Olympic Games, remains closely behind his opponent from the Paris 2024 finals, Korean Tae Jong Park.
Magomedov currently has 120 ranking points, trailing Park by 80 points. Meanwhile, he holds a significant lead over Mohammed Jendubini of Tunisia, who is in third place, with a margin of 78 points.
