A Dan exam was conducted by the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation.

The event featured key figures including Niyaməddin Pashayev, Vice President of the ATF; Oh Kwang Cheol, Technical Director and International Referee; Ji Hyun Yeom, a Korean expert invited to the event; and Aygul Abdullayeva, an international referee.
