The new season of the Brazilian Women's Volleyball Championship kicks off tomorrow.
According to Idman.biz, Polina Rahimova, a player for the Azerbaijan national team, will be competing with her team Osasco, which begins the league with an away match.
On October 22, they will face Marinqa, one of the league's favorites, which finished 9th last season.
Osasco reached the semifinals in the previous championship and has started the current season with a victory in the Paulista Championship. This will be Polina's second competitive experience in the Brazilian league, having previously played for Sesi Voley in Bauru.
