On November 20 in Daugavpils, Latvia, the Eastern European Volleyball Zone Association (EEVZA) Championship among girls under 18 will start.
Idman.biz reports that the tournament is a qualification stagefor the 2024 European Championship.
The Azerbaijan national team will compete in a new group with Latvian, Ukrainian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Polish and Georgian teams and will play its first game against the home team.
It should be noted that the team that takes the first place in the group will qualify directly for the championship of the continent.
