Special gift from Azerbaijan to the EWF President - PHOTO

The European Weightlifting Federation (EWF) held a Special Congress in Warsaw, Poland, with Azerbaijan represented by Vice President Firdovsi Umudov.

EWF President Antonio Conflitti opened the event by briefing attendees on the congress agenda, reports Idman.biz.

Following this, the technical and judging staff for the upcoming European Championship were confirmed via vote. The congress also celebrated EWF's 55-year history, with commemorative gifts presented to federation officials.

As a highlight, the Azerbaijan Weightlifting Federation presented a special gift to EWF President Antonio Conflitti in honor of the federation's 55th anniversary.
