The country to hold the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games has been determined.
As Idman.biz reports, the decision was made by the International Olympic Committee.
At the 142nd session of the organization held today, the French Alps were chosen as the host of the competitions. This country will host the Winter Olympic Games for the fourth time. In 1924 (Chamonix), 1968 (Grenoble), and 1992 (Albertville), France organized the competitions.
The Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games are also being held in France this year. The opening ceremony of the competition will take place on July 26.
